Just a quick “thanks so much” for your speedy response to our phone call.
Your technician turned up on time, fixed our dishwasher, and even had time as part of the service call to fix our washing machine.
He had the part in his van, explained where the old part had broken and replaced it all under the labour cost of the service call.
I have no hesitation in recommending your very multi-skilled technicians.

Brisbane, QLDVery impressed by this service! I called 5 different companies, none of which could come out for 3-4 days, most were booked out before Christmas & one place didn’t service front loaders. I finally called A1, the guy I spoke to was very polite (unlike some of the others) & managed to squeeze me in for a same day service late in the evening. I was called 10 mins before his arrival to confirm & he showed up exactly on time. He was polite & repaired my machine in 5 mins. The call out fee was reasonable & I’m extremely happy with this service! I’ll be using this company again & also recommending to others.

From the first phone call they were very helpful to get a serviceman asap as we had returned from summer holidays to a fridge that had stopped working 🙁 We had someone the same day and my fridge was able to be repaired that day.
